About Ink & Paper Digitals
Hi, I’m Tori Flores - Special Education teacher, neurodivergent mom of two, chaos-friendly organizer, and the creative force behind both Ink & Paper Digitals and Lists and Lost Things.

If you’ve ever stood in a room wondering how it got this messy (again), stared blankly at a planner you stopped using two weeks ago, or felt personally attacked by productivity hacks…you are my people.

This blog is a cozy, realistic space for women with neurodivergent brains and big hearts - especially those navigating ADHD, executive dysfunction, or just a never-ending to-do list. We talk about things like:
🧠organizing your home (and your brain) without the guilt
📱 managing digital clutter when your desktop looks like a digital garage sale
🥄 finding ways to move forward, even when your spoons are gone

Why is this blog part of Ink & Paper Digitals?
Because I wanted one home for all the things I create - digital products, creative designs, and now this blog - without setting up a whole new company or website. Lists and Lost Things is the heart of my writing and my upcoming book (which I can’t wait to share with you!), and Ink & Paper is the umbrella that keeps it all together.
Here, you’ll find ADHD-friendly tools, reset routines that don’t require waking up at 5 a.m., and honest stories from someone who’s still figuring it out too. No toxic positivity. No shame spirals. Just real strategies for real people who forget what they walked into the room for.

I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s figure this out together - one list, one lost thing, and one gentle reset at a time.
